Principles
How I work
01
Problem-first
I start with why, not how. Understanding the actual problem — deeply — before writing a single line of code saves everyone time and money.
02
Ships on time
Delivery discipline matters. I scope carefully, communicate proactively, and follow through. No disappearing acts, no surprises.
03
Built to last
Clean architecture, readable code, honest trade-offs. I build things I'd be comfortable maintaining five years later.

Background
The longer version
I grew up in a household where nobody was technical. My first computer was a secondhand laptop my brother bought when I was 18. I spent the first year breaking it. The second year I figured out how to fix it. Somewhere in there, I got hooked.
I studied Computer Science at AKTU Lucknow — formative not so much for the curriculum, but for the late-night arguments about architecture, open-source contributions, and the kind of conviction that only happens when you're young and sure you're right about everything.
I started at HCLTech in 2020, working on a core ITSM product. Watching software you built get deployed to the internet and used by real people felt almost magical. That feeling is still the reason I do this.
MadakLabs was born out of a simple observation: small businesses with real problems struggled to find engineers who actually engaged with their needs. Agencies over-promised and disappeared; freelancers faded mid-project. I wanted to be the engineer I'd want to hire — someone who shows up, understands the problem, and delivers.
Life
When I'm not coding
Watching films and exploring different cultures, traditions, and philosophies.
Walking in nature — it shapes how I think about building calm, sustainable systems.
Hiking whenever I can escape the city.
Reading tech blogs and system design deep-dives.
Spending quality time with family and close friends.
Tinkering with side projects that may or may not become real products.
Growth
Currently learning
React & Next.js
Deep-diving into Server Components and the App Router model.
AI/ML Integration
Embedding intelligent features into real-world products.
Kubernetes
Container orchestration and scaling production workloads.
Terraform & GitHub Actions
Infrastructure as code and automated CI/CD for AWS.
System Design at Scale
Studying distributed systems patterns used by high-traffic companies.

I'm selective with freelance work so I can give each project the attention it deserves. If you have something interesting, reach out.
